Why I am not authorized to install RealPlayer on my computer?
If you are trying to install RealPlayer on a public computer in Cyber Cafe, Library etc, you may not have the right admin rights and unfortunatley you will not be able to install any software. Ask your tech support.

A player opens but audio does not start
You may be accessing the audio behind a firewall. This is mostly the case, when you are accessing from your company where they have a firewall setup. Talk to your system admin.
